The River, a premium waterfront condominium on the Chao Phraya by developer Raimon Land, was about to launch in a very competitive marketplace.
Insight:
In most of the world's great cities, waterfront property is the most sought-after and prestigious. Though this wasn't traditionally the case in Bangkok, it could be - with The River paving the way.
Solution:
The River's launch was marked by a strong outdoor media campaign with a focus on key billboards and the Skytrain to build awareness, an award-winning website and a new quarterly magazine, The River Life, to reinforce the prestige of waterfront living.
Results:
Over US$60 million in bookings in the first three days of launching The River, with sales now surpassing US$265 million.
