Our story begins with OOASYS (Optimiz Online Advance System) — a pioneer in Smart Building, Automation Systems and Integration, and one of the very first companies to install switchable smart film in Thailand.

Even before OOASYS existed, our team had been working project by project on a pre-order basis since around 2007 — for more than 7 years. As demand grew, we founded OOASYS in 2014 and stepped up to commissioning factories to produce to our own specifications.

What we discovered along the way was this — products from overseas, whether from China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan or even Europe, all ran into long-term problems in Thailand's hot, humid climate, cutting their lifespan and performance short of what they should be.

So we decided to develop the product ourselves. The deeper we went, the more committed we became — and with market demand rising every year, we spun off and founded InHouse Technology in 2022 to focus 100% on this product category. Not just selling — we are the only company in Thailand doing its own R&D to build products that truly fit this country. That adds up to over 19 years of experience in smart film and switchable glass.

We chose the same model as Apple: in-house R&D + production commissioned to world-class factories. Why not build our own factory? Because the machinery is extremely expensive and each product grade requires different equipment — investing in it ourselves would drive costs too high. We would rather put our profit into R&D than machinery, and keep prices as accessible as possible.
