- The weak old glass had to be removed and replaced with safety switchable glass.
- Durability against the outdoor climate
- It had to withstand intense sun (IR/UV) and rain humidity without degrading.

- It had to block the outside view completely and instantly in opaque mode for privacy.

- The glass had to keep outside heat from entering the home through the bathroom zone.
The solution we proposed for this project
Replaced with strong, safe safety glass
Replaced the flimsy old glass with EVA-laminated safety Smart Glass — strong and safe.
Withstands intense sun and outdoor rain
Smart Glass blocks 99.99% IR/UV, withstanding intense sun and rain humidity without degrading.
Switch to frosted opaque to block the view
Switch clear glass to frosted opaque in 0.1 seconds, blocking the outside view completely when needed.
Keeps heat out of the home
Smart Glass helps keep outside heat from entering the home, keeping it cool and comfortable.
Clear mode for full views and light
Clear mode is highly transparent, bringing in full views and natural light at normal times.
Reduces noise with laminated glass
The EVA-laminated glass structure reduces outside noise by 30-35 dB, adding peace and quiet.
